This hotel had a convenient location, right across from the train station, making it easy to get around. the polite staff provided a warm welcome, and the on-site baths were a highlight. Rooms were large and well-equipped, with comfortable bedding and a nice view of the area. breakfast was decent with a variety of options to choose from.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not reliable, making it hard to sleep at night.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcomed. The facilities were impressive and clean, especially the onsen on the rooftop. The hotel’s location near transportation made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options.

Could not be improved in any way. All aspects of my stay were fantastic!

The location was perfect, right in front of the station, making it easy to get around. The staff was incredibly polite and classy, providing excellent service. The room was well-appointed, and I was impressed with the amenities provided, such as the in-room safe, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. The dining options were great, with special diet menus available and a cozy lounge area. I was very satisfied with the service and facilities offered here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family.

The room was spacious and the staff were helpful. the buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a great spa which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel was not very accommodating for non-smokers. the smoke smell was pervasive throughout the hotel, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the amenities.

The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a nice view from the window and the bed was comfortable. The hotel provides good quality toiletries and towels. The breakfast had a decent selection of food and the coffee was delicious.

The hotel had a strong cigarette smell throughout the common areas and in the room, which was unbearable for non-smokers like us. The staff did not speak much English, which made communication difficult.
